Finally, my Chanel order arrived and I was able to test the new Chanel Les Beiges Water Fresh Complexion Touch and Chanel Les Beiges Water Fresh blush. In this video I will share with you my full review of the new Chanel les beiges complexion products. I will show you closeups and swatches in natural light and I will share with you my tips on how to use the new Chanel Les Beiges products.

Once I found the best way for me to apply the water blush, I love it! I pump a tiny bit on the cap of another product, swirl my finger in it to break the pigment bubbles and then tap a synthetic brush onto the cap and stipple it onto my cheeks. I get a perfect application this way and I’m also impressed how well it lasts on my oily/combo face. 💗

I initally had mixed feelings about the blush but after using it a couple of times, I loved how natural it looks and how well it stays on and you need the tiniest amount. Well, I ended up getting a second colour 🫢😄 The sales person recommended using a sponge to apply after breaking up the pigment on the back of the hand. Great review Angela 😘

It's a pure joy to follow you, I've followed you for about .. a year or less. I was looking for chanel/dior on you tube, you were the first one to come up and I've followed you ever since. I like your calm, quiet, down to earth and not overly full of make up facewise. Your skintone/complexion, eyecolour, narrow lips and make up philosophy, I love it and agree so much! Your English is outstanding, actually sometimes too good for foreignets like me. Your vocabulary is really great. I don't understand all the words, but I need to learn, obviously. I love the blush. I impulse bought the intense coral shade because it was the only one left in the store. It 's a gorgeous tan orange blonzer shade on me (b20 in most chane foundations). I just adore it. I use it with my waterfresh brush ( i have old ones) and it's perfect for it ( dense to break the bubbles but soft to apply) . I also sometimes use the nudestix included brush as it's fast to break the pigment, and easy to stipple it or sometimes just with fingers

I have not tried the new Chanel touch but I want to get I just need to do a shade match. I have seen on some people the shade looks little darker than what your normal shade is in other Chanel foundations. You look stunning with both the Touch and blush on. Your skin looks flawless!! I am so much happier with the complexion touch. I did not like the water fresh tint bc of the lack of coverage. I know that some people wear using that under foundation like a primer, but that was just too much work for me and would mean that I would have 3 layers of product underneath since there was no SPF in it. I guess some people would really like a barely there product and would be happy with that. The blush is very nice too.

I have the water fresh blush in warm pink. I have an oily complexion, which is olive toned. I like it quite a bit. I apply it to the back of my hand, swirl it around, then dot it on using fingertips. I have tried several brushes, and just prefer fingertips. I think this will be a nice additional blush, but not a replacement for standard powder blushes. It does last all day for me. I plan to skip the new Complexion touch and wait for the Water Fresh Tint to come back. The Complexion touch seems to be very high priced for the amount of product if using as a concealer. Thanks for the review!

I’m glad you like the blush, I’m 50-50, I use it daily and i have days when it lifts foundation drastically on me it doesn’t, depending on the powder i think. It actually runs out noticeably, I use one pump as well, break it with my fingers on my hand and transfer to my face with a brush. So i still try to make it work for me consistently but doesn’t always happen. I use Warm Pink , it was gifted to me by a friend of mine , lol. The foundation is stunning. Love the look!

Hello Eka :) You know me - I love Chanel. haha and now these products make me happy. I think it might have something to do with the foundation too. So far I've only tried it on top of the water fresh complexion touch and the water fresh ting and alone without foundation. But I'm thinking... since it's a water based product it might react with other foundations (for example ones that contain oils or matte foundations. I will explore more in the coming week to see. Have you tried using the Rephr 24 brush. I think it makes it work for me. Sending you a hug. xoxo

I haven’t tried Rephr brush, will try tomorrow, tried on both Water fresh and the new foundations, maybe I have to wait either longer for foundation to set or set it with powder but mix blush even more in my hand . I’m still playing with it , lol . I love Chanel and I must make it work for me 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Lovely … and I loved seeing the other shades. I got B10 and Light Peach as well and I love them. I do find it important to blend carefully and use a small amount with each but wow, they look so good.

Hi Angela. I got the water fresh tint when it came out on the shade light. Love the finish but for some reason it makes me look,like tha,ghost. Now I got the water fresh complexion touch in BR 12 which is my shade in all Chanel foundations and I must say that I,love it. As for the blush heard some comments on YT that it doesn’t dry and remains sticky on your face. Please let me know your experience to help me make up my mind. They look gorgeous! XO🥰

Hi Angela! I agree with you , these blushes are so good . I have the shade light peach and light pink, both are beautiful… I use the brush from the Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint ( because it’s angled , soft and a little bit dense ) and it works very well too . I’m afraid to stain my Rephr brushes with the blushes … 😅 I also like the new Water Fresh complexion Touch (in the shade BR12 , I have cool undertone ) . Thank you for this review. Hi Angela! thank you for the review! Unfortunately I was very dissapointed in these products. I have been waiting this release, and bought them as soon as they were available. I have oily skin, I am not sure if that's the reason, but the complexion touch separated after a few hors. I tried it with several sunscreens underneath, and it happened every time. Not only that, but it emphasized my texture, so my make up never looked that bad. As for the blush, it looked very patchy, no matter the technique I used. So all in all it was a big dissapointment :(

Thank you so much for this review, Angela! I was curious about what you had to say, and the water fresh complexion touch and water tint blush from Chanel, both suits you really well! I would be purchasing the new water fresh complexion tint when it releases in Asia. Although there is a bit of a learning curve, I do like the water tint blush. 😊 If you were to buy a new shade, I think 🤔 the coral shade would be pretty and it would go well with your other peach 🍑 and neutral tone collections that you have. I think I will go get a sample of the new foundation. I do like the coverage of the Water Fresh Tint, because I often do go without foundation, so I am not sure I “need” it. I think the blush is pointless for dark skin.

Hello Angela! I was waiting for your review 😊 I know that I will buy complexion touch because I already love water fresh tint and if the first one has a bit more coverge it will be amazing. But I have doubts about color, I have water fresh tint in medium light and it's almost like my skin tonę (maybe a bit lighter but not much). At first I thought I will go with B10 of complexion touch, but the more I see it the more I think B20 would be better. I see that complexion touch is a bit darker than water fresh tint in light, whereas water fresh tint in light is too light for me. I don't know 🤔 Regarding blush, I think light pink would wonderfull look on you 🥰

Lovely review! I went to the store and i heard people saying that its a concealer instead of a foundation. Confused me a bit because I thought its a foundation and I bought it as a concealer, curious to try it out since I have the “original” water fresh teint.

Just not sure about the water fresh tint and blushes, Angela. I like coverage. I own the first water fresh tint and I’ve never used it more than twice. I guess I feel that if you are going to put the effort into applying makeup you better get coverage !

Trying to decide on the shade to pick up. Would you say the new Complexion Touch is slightly darker than the Water Fresh Tint in Light-AND slightly lighter than the Medium/Light shade in the Water Fresh Tint? My skin is just a tiny bit darker than yours. I find the B10 is usually just a tiny bit too light and the B20 is a tiny bit too dark on me!! With all that said; does the Complexion Tint in B10 run light or dark compared to other Chanel you own? Thanks! You look beautiful!

@@Frenchforaday I went to the Chanel store to have a look in real life and the two colours that looked amazing were rose coquillage and cap corail. They were so lovely. I got them and then I saw a lipgloss the same colour as cap corail. I'm in Australia and it's winter but I'm buying summer colours haha.

Allfeisty here on KZfaq did a side by side of the new complexion touch and the chanel no 1 and had a hard time telling them apart on her face - would you agree with this?

Hello Erin :) I will do side by side wear test tomorrow and I will share my experience. N 1 is one of my favorite foundations. I haven't noticed the Complexion touch to be the same but again I need to wear them both to see exactly the effect. I will post the update on Instagram and the community tab. xoxo

Hello again Erin, I tried them both today and I wore them all day. I filmed myself so I will show the footage in a shorts video on KZfaq and will post on Instagram as well. I just need to edit the video. But here are my thoughts after the wear test that I did today: they don't look the same on me. First of all, the N1 foundation is more moisturizing and feels like a classic foundation with a little bit more coverage compared to the new Complexion touch. It's easier to wear SPF with the N 1 de Chanel foundation. The complexion touch (just like the water fresh tint doesn't work with all SPFs). After 3 hours of wear the side of the N 1 de Chanel looked better than the side with the complexion touch. Then this continued throughout the day. The side with the N1 looked much better compared to the complexion touch. I will share more in my video but overall on me N 1 performed better. xoxo

Hmm 🤔 I do like the idea of a little bit more coverage with the complexion touch. I use the water fresh tint mostly as a primer because it has such light coverage. Thanks again you're the best!!
