You are 100 percent correct about the Sublimage concealer. The very best I have ever tried. Yep, moisturizing, does not crease, looks great no matter how many hours it’s on. And, so natural looking. I just purchased my 2nd bottle of the Sublimage L’Essence de Teint . It’s just so great for my skin. Soooo smoothing, (soon to be 68 years old here, lol ). I get so many compliments on my skin when using this foundation. I have not tried the skin care yet. Great series!

I actually have t tried any of their skincare. I’m so happy you are going over all of this. I was looking at the Red Camella products. but I do have dry skin. I’ll keep watching. Hi Allison! I love this Chanel Expert series so far, and am excited you started with skin care. I recently purchased some Chanel skin care items, and so far I’m happy with them. I chose the Le Lift Lotion (feels like a cross between a serum/toner and a moisturizer), and the Sublimage Essential Regenerating Masque. I put the lotion on first with a cotton pad, and after it dries down, I put on a thin layer of the mask with the brush included and sleep in it. It feels very luxe and pampering, and although I’ve only used it for a couple weeks (usually every other day) I am seeing a difference. It’s not a huge difference yet, but my eye creases, etc., look like they are less deep. Yayy!!🎉 I would love to hear more about the different perfume lines that Chanel has, if you are able to fit that in with the other topics you choose! Thanks again, and I hope you have a fantastic weekend! PS-Our low temperatures for the next 2-3 nights will be approximately 41° F (5° C), and I am HERE for the cooler weather!!

Hi Ally, I love Chanel I have just finished using the le lift line, however during winter months I love using Chanel no.1 moisturiser as its a richer cream for me personally it definitely protects my skin in harsh weather and looks glowly still near end of the day. I've never used Sublimage skincare line I may dip my toe my purchasing the le baume sounds like it's for me personally and see how I get on. I'm 55 this Christmas I always receive lovely compliments mostly from strangers actually, how lovely my skin is which is great 😍 thank you I love your skincare videos very informative. Thank you for that video, enjoyed it a lot! I'm a fan of hydra beauty line, I've been using it for 4 years or so, and it works so well with my skin. I have very sensitive skin and till this moment I haven't tried anything better than Chanel for me (many pharmacy recommendations didn't work) I use the cleanser, sometimes the micro serum, the creme in winter. This summer tried the Camellia Water and it's perfect for the warm weather. I use it in combination with the Dior velvet primer and it gives my a perfect result, making the skin radiant but controlling the oils. I like to try something new once in a while but not much to not stress the skin and I'll be trying some of your recommendations. The camelia repair mask for sure and I'm very intrigued about the sublimage make up remover now...

Thanks for a concise and informative video! I'm a guy in my early 30's and after years of being unsatisfied with cheap/ineffective cleansers and moisturizers I decided to try some Chanel products a few months ago. I picked a few things from the Hydra, Lift and No1 lines to see which works best for me and so far I'm happy with the results. I also use No1/Hydra lotion and Body Excellence on the back of my hands and it actually keeps my knuckles from cracking and bleeding so I'm definitely not going back!

I agree with you that the Sublimage concealer is the best of the best. Finally a concealer that wears well all day and never settles in my lines and creases. I also use it on my lids and to cover age spots on my cheeks . Love it. Wish it hadn’t just increased in price. But it lasts a very long time.

Thank You for this tutorial Allison. Sublimage is my favorite skincare from Chanel. Number one on my list...L'extrait de Creme. It's perfection! Then...the Sublimage Eye Cream. If I was stranded on a Desert Island and could only choose one product, this would be it. And I agree, the Sublimage Concealer is in a class all it's own. Out of the two foundations( I don't use foundation daily) the cream version my fav.

I have been using Le Blanc la mousse for over 20 years now. I would never trade it for anything! It is the best, lasts for a very long time as you say. It cleanses very well, takes away impurities. Gives a feeling of squeaky clean freshness. I used to have oily skin; now, with time passing, I have gradually gone to normal veering slightly to dry. So after this cleanser, I feel I must use a slightly thicker moisturizer. I use it 2-3 times a week. The rest of the time, I use the milky cleanser. This routine gives me a great balance. I always wondered why I had redness in my skin when I used the Le Lift line. It was my favorite and could not figure out the redness. I have been a long-time Chanel skin care user, but I learned quite a few things here. Thank you for explaining and thank you for the great review. Could you please do more of some other luxury lines? Thank you. 😊💖💖

I am in mid-30s, live in humid area and my skin is combination to oily. I’m currently using Dior line up skincare but have been curious to try another designer brand skincare, and Chanel is one of them. Love your thorough channel and description on the products, I was instantly subscribed. Hi Allison, I really enjoyed today’s class, there’s no exquisite look without beautiful skin underneath. I love your perspective how to apply and use a few products for multiple purposes. I’ve been researching on a great concealer lately. My top luxury brands are Sisley, Chanel, and Cle de peau. Any thoughts on Sisley concealer? I’m more leaning toward Chanel if I have to choose only between Chanel and Cle de peau. I have no dark circles but have generalized sunspots and light blemishes at age 54 look like 30’s according to others if this info helps. It was great video as always and was very informative. I’m totally in love with the scent of the hydra beauty line so I use the line on the morning with the toner and eye cream and I use the Nr 1 cream for the night because I love the scent too and it’s good for my thirties 😂

@@AllisonChase You are the only one in the whole community that i trust about this topic, i won't drop lots of $$ (well being Italian in my case it will be €€) on Sublimage if is not you to recommend it to me. I currently only have the "La creme texture Universelle" and i am very interested in the eye cream and in the "La creme texture fine", but i'll wait your suggestions about that very expensive range, nobody else has my trust on this!

Hi Alli, I have to admit that I am a big believer in skincare but usually stick to medical grade - i.e. recommended by my dermatologist. But I do enjoy Chanel for all makeup and fragrance. I do appreciate the education! Thank you! ❤

@@AllisonChase It really depends on your skin and what issues you have. At your age, moisturizer and SPF for day and some form of Retinol at night is all you need! That can come from department store or dermatologist. When you enter your forties and fifties, there are additional options. But at any age, you will ALWAYS be beautiful ❤️

Ce que j’aimerais aussi c’est en apprendre plus sur les différentes huiles de Chanel, huile de jasmin pour le visage, huile de jasmin pour le corps, huile Le blanc pour le visage, huile douce corps et cheveux ….savoir comme celles pour le visage est-ce qu’on applique avant la crème de jour…le sérum…ou après etc… Merci!!😉🥰😍

I agree, the Sublimage concealer is the best ever. I will continue to buy. The eye cream is also wonderful. I didn’t want to like it at $260, and I was hoping I couldn’t tell the different in my under eye. But sadly I can. To make it last I’m just using it in the morning but I’m still seeing results. I will buy again, but yikes…..the price.

Hi Alli🌸 There was a bit much for one episode😂 These tend to be very expencive, so it would be nice to know as much as possible before hand.🌸 I had samples for sublimage balm and creme, but they seem to be very thick. I wonder weither they are that think in full size, doubt it. I did get the sublimage concealer and it is really worth the money💝. Yes, the cool weather is coming it is 2C outside and skin is protesting hevily❄️

It really depends. La Mer is great if your have sensitive skin that's prone to redness but Chanel Sublimage is great for anti ageing.
