The Cle de peau new pallets have become my favorite , they are so eye smoothing and just give a special glow to the eyes! Thanks for that interesting comparison, I love Chanel but I think the Cle de peau is the winner.

Thanks so much! I am a young 63-year old Chanel lover and Tisse Rivoli has been my day-to-day go to shadow for a long time. I have been interested in the new CDP shadows since applying shadows to older eyes can be challenging. Will try #3 and Sundried Driftwood. Could not go wrong with either brand. Wonderful products on older skin. Makes me feel like a million bucks!

❤️ I can’t wait to try this formula on my mom who is a young 81 😊 I love that she looks after her skin so well & she has always loved beauty products. She doesn’t wear a lot, but it’s something she gets excited about ❤️ I’m pretty sure that’s how I became interested in the world of beauty 🥰

Nice comparison Grace. Since I've tried the new CdP shadows I'd totally agree, they just have a more smoothing effect compared to the CHANEL.

Hi Grace, I am definitely a big fan of the Cle’ de Peau quads -I have 4. I can see how similar CdP 3 is to Chanel’s Tisse’ Rivoli. The CdP is just so finely milled. Thanks for the comparison!

@@EverydayEdit I would take a look online where you can see the colors - I think you’d enjoy Sand Pebbles, Soft Coral Shells, or Sun-dried Driftwood. The formula is just so pretty.

Great review! I think the CDP formula is more wrinkle and aging friendly and smoothing, but I've found the color doesn't last as long throughout the day. I'm going to try different primers in addition to the included primer shade.

Hello Grace. Just looking at you on the screen the eyes shadows look the same. But on closeup definitely Cle de Peau has a softer smoother finish. Great look on both though. I got the GloProCryo rollers using your link. But I just got the metal roller A small one and the more larger one but no handler where to attach them. Been looking and they don’t seem to be anywhere. Even checked Amazon. Have a great day. Love to see you apply makeup. You have that special talent!! XO.

Hello! Okay - I looked into your question. I think if you'd like a roller with a handle, then this is a comparable one to the one I was using bit.ly/3LUieka As for the other roller - you are right, it indeed needs a handle. It appears as tho the GloPRO handle is what is necessary. I couldn't find one that is just a handle, as it looks like they are are all sold as part of a set. Maybe this might be the best solution bit.ly/3LUieka I hope that helps ❤️

@@EverydayEdit Ocean Sunrise has lighter & darker brown shimmer shade in it and Starlight Splendor has light & dark brown shimmer shade and like a peach shimmer shade. Both are very pretty. 😊

Hi Grace- didn’t Chanel recently change their eye shadow formulas? I think Tisse Rivole is the old one. Powder foundation : Also assuming you could have had a color match in Dior, which one do you prefer - Chanel or Dior?

Thank you Grace, your reviews always help me when I am on the fence about a new product. This CDP palette was the only one in the collection I was interested in purchasing, until I found out it contains argon oil in the formula. Argon oil in hair products causes my scalp to itch. I want the CDP, but very concerned about the a-oil for a very expensive palette. This was very helpful as both only have a slight color difference. Truly the CDP does look more rich and smooth, but itchy eyes are no fun.

I cannot thank u enough for leaving this comment! I have extremely long hair & I do use argon oil on my mids to ends of my hair. If I brush my hair and it gets on my scalp, I’m itching like crazy. Also, my eyes r extremely sensitive. Thank u so so much for this info.

@@amberp5207 I know exactly what you are describing. It took me a lot of expensive trial and errors to figure out the culprit for my insane itching. I have collar bone length hair. I was about to cut it all off thinking it was the weight of my hair being up on top my head pulling my scalp. I was s0 grateful when I found the answer before the chopping block. So all I can say is try it go oil free and I hope you get relief.

@@cforester I use Rahua leave in conditioner and when my hair is completely dried, I will use jojoba oil & sometimes Augustine Bader, but it’s really expensive. I still use the argon oil since my hair is past my hips but I make sure to keep it on the very lower bottom of my hair and then I braid my hair down and sleep on a silk pillowcase. I never intended to let my hair grow this long, but I can’t think of another hairstyle. Since I have 5 children ranging from 25 down to 4 and I’m a homemaker, my hair is usually braided down and definitely not top priority. I still take care of it though.

Tisse Rivoli and CDP are beautiful on you! I have slightly warmer skin than you and I may need to consider purchasing CdP so it can diffuse slight texture on my mature lids. I like the ease of using powder foundation. Has CDP bumped Chanel palette off as your favorite?

@@EverydayEdit my fave cdp eyeshadow is the sundried driftwood and then warm ocean sunset. so pretty. oh, also i feel like cdp eyeshadows stay better on my eyelids than chanel eyeshadows. maybe it's the cdp primer or the formula. i'm not sure 😆

I just got Tesse ravoli and I have been loving it I haven't put it down and of course I was attracted to the CDP in that color but maybe it isn't needed sense I have tesse ravoli. I didn't realize how similar they really are. I did order a CDP quad so I'll make that decision if I need number 3 after I get it . Number 3 was my absolute favorite and I think 1 .

I actually want to. Try the CDP I don’t own any of their shadows. I do have Chanel quads. I do love the softness. But it seems they CDP the formula is a tad better .?? Such a pretty look. Yeah the powder foundation looks a little too cool for you. Too like pinky compared to neck but it’s pretty

If you had not told us or used them side by side I would have thought it was the same palette! I did like the smoothing affect the CDP eye had verses the Chanel but they both looked beautiful on you. Tisse Rivoli is beautiful but there is a lot of shimmer in medium shades that stays under eyes and even on cheeks and became visible in bright light. I don’t know how to awoid it

❤️ it is stunning 🌟 one thing I can think of is to apply the palette first and then sweep a clean brush over everything before proceeding with face makeup. That might help if fallout is the issue. I apply with a very light hand so I wonder if that’s why I don’t get fallout. The CdP palette, however, is much creamier and doesn’t tend to drop particles 🌟

I also have both of these and honestly love the CDP more. The Chanel just does not give enough for me. Harder to work with. I adore Chanel but CDP beats out this formula in my opinion.
