This menu option in BUSY allows you to create a new financial year for your business accounting. It keeps all the accounts of the previous year separate and transfers the balances to the new year automatically. This way, you can start fresh with a new ledger and avoid mixing up transactions from different periods. The accounting year varies depending on the country where you operate your business. In India, it is from 1 April to 31 March of the next year, and in a few other countries, it is from 1 January to 31 December of the same year. You can choose the accounting year that suits your business needs and preferences.

Hello Sir, आपके सारे Tutorial के लिया बहुत बहुत धन्यबाद , मुझे उम्मीद है की आप स्वस्थ और सुरीक्षित होंगे, मेरा एक प्रश्न है जिसका उत्तर मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिल है, बहुत खोजने के बाद भी | प्रश्न ये है की अगर कोई Ledger/Master इस साल मे बनाया गया है तो वो Ledger/Master को पिछले साल मे कसे देख सकते है या फिर उसे इस्तेमाल कर सकते है | मैं जब पिछले साल मे Switch करता हूँ तो नए साल मे बनाया गया Ledger/Master/Items पिछले साल मे नहीं दिखता है |

Dear Sir, Thanks for comment. In Busy, we have the option to synchronize the current year master with the previous year master. You can do it in the current year, and then Master will show both the Fy. Please follow the steps: Administration --> Bulk Updation --> Master Synchronization --> Select the master type, such as Item, account, etc. --> Choose the master --> Select Last year. --> Both Years --> OK.
