Cole it’s nice that you are following in your father’s footsteps farming. I have three kids and an extensive garden that I have worked in for 40 years . None of them are interested so when I go, so does my garden. I know Brian may not say it but he’s been working the land and I’ll bet he’s thrilled that you are following in his footsteps

Yes the solar flares effected the GPS signals in Canada as well. I took my Bronco into the city and it could not find a single Tim Hortons. Then I remembered there is one almost every street corner. 😂 Our Saskatchewan producers are at 56 % seeded this week. Five year average is 75 %.

I planted 60 acres with a 4020 open cab. I don't know how many rows at planet at a time I don't remember but it wasn't much wider than the tractor itself. I want to say it took me two days to do it and at the end of the day I was almost black from dirt. Thing I like the most about spring is the smell of rain.

I get a Laugh when I hear you say your going home for lunch. As a young lad working on the farm during the summer you took a thermos and a packed lunch. While working away from home every day. You stopped under a shade tree if there were any and sat on the ground with your back to the tractor wheel and ate your lunch and then back at it. You were lucky to get back home before dark to a nice hot supper.

Good day, as an Electronic Technician, I deal with magnetic fields all the time. The solar storms that we have seen that have given the northern lights (Aurora Borealis) will continue to get more frequent and could even be stronger than the last weeks event. This event that this planet is starting to go through is a 2,500 year event that the scientists are predicting. My own experience is that the magnetic fields of this planet are weakening. I like old time technology. Fantastic video.

Thanks for another great video Cole. It was interesting and enjoyable for sure. Sonny is sure growing. Getting used to farm life. Cute. Too little rain and now too much rain 🌧️. Not helpful to getting planting done. Having to reset your planter to adjust to where you can plant due to moisture in the field is kind of hard work. Hopefully your fields will dry up soon and you and dad can get the planter going. Good to see Tiffany again. Bringing you lunch-yeah!!!!!!!! Good wife there. Sending prayers your way that soon your fields will dry so you can plant!!!!!! Hang in there Sonne’s!!!!! Thanks for everything. Take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

WOW!! When you had the camera on the disk, close to the wheels, I could really see how the different wetness affected the soil. It was getting pitched all over the place there. I could see it change as you went. When you said "didn't see the slippage reading, must have been 50 percent" I got a chuckle. In my day that was "we wuz slidin all over the dang place"!! LOL times change. thanks Cole, great video. I like how you put them together.
