Change the colour of wooden beams from dark to light (No mess)

In this video I use two amazing products to turn my dark wooden beams into a light oak colour.
This takes typically a couple of days to complete for a room from start to finish.

Base coat paint - Creme de la Creme from the Lazy Range
Browning wax

Makes such a difference - brings a lot more light in yet keeps the character 😊. Makes me wish I had beans in my house….

This was so interesting to see Andy. Thank you so much. We don’t have any beams to transform yet but it is such a great piece of advice and will certainly remember it. Love watching the range of your videos. We watch on the tv so have to remember to comment later. Love ‘French Ear Trumpet’ too. Keep up with the excellent work

@@ajinfrance you are most welcome. We love both your and Colin’s channels. Really enjoy people being ‘natural’ as there are so many contrived ones out there. We met Colin and Jane last year as they were kind enough to invite us to their house while we were over on holiday. Such lovely people and exactly as they are on screen. Looking forward to coming over in May for a few weeks and hopefully plan to meet up again.
