Man that Les Brown hits me every time. Today was the first time I’ve ever cried listening to a motivational video. Cuz it is some real shit man. I’ve failed again and again and again. Let my self down again and again and again. Yet I still get up and struggle towards my dreams of being successful. Buts it’s like that’s all I have, I can’t stay a normal person I have to strive for what is inside me.

I love discipline, it changed my life I start from alcohol and drugs abuse, smoker for 12 years, 58kg... i wanted to gain a bit so like this maybe I will have a relationship, i was missing too much the affection. Then when I start my friends said: haha, don't grow too much... wtf man... make space for him, he is too big now... wowww so agressive.... And i became angry, i start to train madness. Work, train, later on starting to study. I gained 25kg, i became nutrition coach, no smoking, no party, no drinking, counting calories and sleep hours...... and now i fail to get my dream job as a coach, they said i don t have enough passion. I have relarionship now, but my goal changed, I want to become one of the greatest coaches who changed lifes and inspire people and I want to become the natural bodybuilder with an amazing story

I got “disciplined” in 6th grade I was waking up at 5 every morning I was ready for school by 7 guess who I got in trouble I was belittled and told that’s not my job how dare I. I was forced from them on to act a certain way do as I’m told and never act out of turn it wasn’t until I was 22 that I made my first choice I will be disciplined if it kills me!

everything is going to go south on you.. everything is going to go south and your gonna say this is it this is how i end now you can either accept that or u can get to work thats all it is you just begin. you do the math you solve one problem and you solve the next one.. this one hits home.. i have been homeless since august of last yr in September i got sick did testing in November i got diagnosed with a rare blood cancer i go for testing in a couple weeks to get tested for a rare terminal disease that we know i have just isn't confirmed yet.. i do chemo once a week going on a month now and have to continue for another 5 months.. and yet im still here with a smile on my face and fight everyday for my life and i will not give up i choose to go to work!
