This happened to me and I still have to start/complete the SAP program. I need to find out if I can appeal the findings of the testing agency. So far I haven't found the answer. Can anyone answer this question for me?

Wow I feel bad for you. That's bullshit that one nurse can ruin someone life cause she had a bad day. I've had that happen and the nurse asked a co worker if I have to retake it. Then whoever was in charge asked what the temp was. When he found out it's only a few degrees low he just said "it's ok he's good , your good to go" the temp was a lill lower cause I had to wait like 5 mins after taking it... what happened to you is so bogus...

It was removed from clearinghouse that he has no violations at all correct ?.That is what should happen if he completed the program.

🛑🛑🛑 not true .... If you fail a drug test it stay in the clearing house for 5 years... When you fail a drug you will have to do so many follow-ups after you complete that you won't have to do any more follow-up but it will still show for 5 years that you have failed a test

That’s the gray area.Truthfully speaking it’s only for a year if you pass all follow up a min of six for a year you won’t have any violations open or on your clearing house.If you don’t never ever do a RTD it will be on your record for 5 years.The wording is jacked up on the website but that’s what it is Brother James.

I passed the return to duty test they are figuring out which truck to give me. The smallest company I’ve worked for was about 800 trucks and this place is less than 100. I did kind of have a drug addiction I needed to deal with so maybe it works out in the end.

Same with me the test showed tampered but clearing house profile shows refusal! I called and talked to everyone and nobody would help me the all turned their backs!!!! This sucks!

This same situation happened to me, I got Morgan & Morgan on it. I was pulling fuel for Petroleum Transport Company, they did the same BS to me. Went out on workers Comp, folks tried to get me to do a random test, but test came back diluted. Went and did test on March 9, the MRO said it’s a positive because it came back diluted blah blah blah, I don’t seen it on my clearinghouse yet tho, I honestly don’t think the company reported it because it makes them look bad. Idk tho king.

⁠@@TeddyLogistics I was out on sick leave because I had a kidney infection, bladder infection, and I was pissing straight blood… The kidney stones were coming… in this process of multiple doctor’s visits, I caught Covid and ended up needing another week off. I was in so much pain, that I couldn’t sleep so I was prescribed trazedone (a non-narcotic sleep aid.) I refused narcotic pain medications as I’m in recovery. The very day I’m able to go back to driving, my employer wants me back. This was a Friday and I was still unwell and still passing kidney stones. I asked for the weekend off but was denied. I complete the first concrete pour of the day and on the way back to the yard, I have a minor fender bender collision with this guy as I’m changing lanes to the slow lane to get out of everyone’s way. We exchange info and I go right to my supervisor and they have me go to the local clinic they use to test. That place is closed…. I call a manager and she is confused as to why I was sent there and not this other clinic. I go to the correct clinic and pee right away. Everything seems fine. They give me the rest of the weekend off (oh now they will….) The following Monday, back at the doc for a check up, I get called directly from the MRO and he yells into the phone that I’ve tested positive for methamphetamines and amphetamines!! I replied “WHAT?!” And my doc looks at me like”HUH???🤨 NO WAY!” and then the MRO hangs up on me. I call my employer immediately and ask what’s going on and they asked me to come in the following day at 2pm…. I brought up the fact that I’ve been passing kidney stones AND sick with COVID and I had ZERO chance to defend myself or submit my prescriptions for any type of analysis of a possible false/positive. Come to find out, Trazedone shows up as both methamphetamine AND amphetamine on urinalysis’ ALL the time. This robbed me of my career. I’m beyond infuriated. I’ve been clean and sober for 5 years and can’t work because of a false/positive test that NO ONE will even look into. What a disgrace.

After one year of six min follow up DO drug test it will be removed.If you never do anything in the RTD process it will remain for five years.

@@airitout6760 Thats a Lie, I failed my random test Last year May and I've done at least 6 minium test since then and I got laid off from work on August this year. It still showing on violation in clearinghouse.
