Changes To This Channel Expand for more info
I wouldn't normally post two (normal) videos in a day as I only tend to do one plus any live updates. I filmed this last night and it was meant to be todays 'live' video and go live instead of what went up. This is going up 12 hours later due to me being in hospital and being so exhausted I couldn't wait for this to upload so I could edit it and replace the already scheduled video.
Better late than never this is the start of changes to my channel and part one of the explanations into why and what is and isn't happening.

If you are new to my channel and haven't watched any of my videos, I'm Melanie and I am trying to film my daily battle with depression. I'm very depressed and have been for a few months and wanted to show the world, or whoever watches these, how depression can hit and how it can make someone go from wanting to be out the house as much as possible to not wanting to leave and doing nothing most days.
I want to push myself to have something to look back on when I'm better not only to see the signs, for myself, of things that may of triggered set backs or made me worse but also see what I did and what helped to get me better because I plan on being better.
I hope these videos help others to show them they aren't alone and to also show others, who know little or nothing about depression, how depression effects some of us.
