He was in his early twenties when he wrote these songs. You can hear his flaws, misconceptions, contradictions, naivety in all of them and they're mostly due to hardships he had to encounter and not to forget his youth! How many people can say they were this vocal and insightful at this age? We all make mistakes - not only while young. But him facing the challenges and pressure he did in his short life... they can at least explain his shortcomings and make his music no less profound.

Some of the lyrics were politically motivated and Jay was in early 20's when he wrote the album. When you gonna learn is a lyrical masterpiece as were too young to die, emergency on planet earth and revolution 1993. 2pac found out about them in 1994 when he was incarcerated and became a 'fan'

Great reaction. Most people would just say, "Who's Huey," and leave it at that. You made an effort to find out. Tupac is deep, complex, and multi-dimensional. To fully understand and appreciate Tupac, you have to go beyond his music. Learn from documentaries, from his poetry, from interviews, and the Black Panthers. This song had Panther influence from top to bottom. Much respect TCB, for your open mind. Also, for recognizing that Tupac is something special, and next level.

I'm since day 1 a huge fan of him and still are.... nowadays I still listen to his song daily. And I Am still impressed every day. Every day I wondering what if he was still alive....... damnnn. Came out after he died.he was major to me as a child because all of the older people admired him.
