Nice looking mill and great video. The smaller belt you have is the belt that I used on my early model XLO mill and it matched the old belt I removed. The upper housing on the earlier mills are totally different than on the later mills like yours. It's a real bear to change the belt on the early models due to how the upper castings are made. It appears Excello learned a few things when they redesigned the mills. As far as getting noisy at the higher speeds, mine does the same thing.
