Changli's kit provides fusion damage bonus to herself and her weapon also grants massive skill damage bonus. This is Kuro saying it's ok to temporarily run one ER 3 cost main stat piece on her until you get that god set.

@@sanzuriver2959 you can also use yang yang rc6. this reduces the ER requirement to 120%. For dps changli, only Taoqi's buff is useable but her playstyle is not proactive (you need Discord R5). Yinlin is good but she is a must support for calcharo or jinhsi, so this option is less optimal in ToA.

It requires 125 energy to cast her ult now.. its alr updated to live server so you can check it ingame thro gallery now

@@smoltaengoo there may be a chance but I doubt it also encore really is not going to utilize her buff that much other than the fusion buff which just slightly boosts encore damage but encore does so much damage in her own and so fast that you can swap to Changli and go off this comp will do so much damage on launch however yes if you are talking in that timeframe utilizing her kit Chixia will be better for that that’s y I concluded them both

@@GambaAJ feels bad i was really looking forward to encore and changli team but i aint trying to play a sub optimal team for toa and i always have chixia on my team as a level 1 anyways so might have to start leveling her for changli

@@smoltaengoo It all depends rotation 10 sec is enough if the rotation would be Verina Ult -> Encore Play till Ult is ready preferably concerto swap -> Changli play her till Concerto,Forte and Ult is ready then unleash everything, Forte Ult then swap to Encore spam everything last sec heavy attack or you can heavy attack early and swap to changli again or verina up to you. But if you want to focus more on changli being on field then S6 Chixia is better given Changli likes doing basic attack.

@@haruusami1831 im mostly thinking about how to utilize both characters to their full potential it seems like changli is better off with chixia who can utilize her entire buff better and im almost positive that an s6 chixia do more or atleast comparable damage to s0 encore while encore is way better with sanhua it just feels bad that they really dont get along that well because changlis buff just doesnt go well with encore its the same duration with her ult and doesnt buff as much as sanhuas and she cant really utilize the liberation bonus without sacrificing damage and i think a big part of encores last damage is swap cancelling the forte which cant be done with changli because you lose the buff

@@smoltaengoo Oh yeah forgot that her Outro very last description "until the resonator is switched out" forgot, if that's the case then swap cancelling is no go you need to commit on Encore ult if you use her, oh well let's wait for the spreadsheet guides just how much DPS is lost with Changli & Encore etc.

Nah she is really good DW bro she is actually amazing and her longevity with 20 percent fusion buff means she will pair well with other fire units

imo s1 isnt that worth going for however if you have the asterite, s2 is HUGE

s1 not really s2 is very good kuro RN does not make the first chain for some reason on characters good it's always s2 s4 s6

For Changli both will be important not flat attack but attack percent and Res skill

she is closer to a main dps than anything else due to no off field damage, no long animations to make her better as a subdps (like yangyang) and her only support value is outro

having supportive capabilities doesnt relegate her to being a sub dps shes still main dps she just has an outro that buffs which gives her longevity and when she inevitably gets power creeped shes still gonna be useful because of the buffing capabilities for future fusion characters
