I believe its one perk of having eunkwang as their leader. What he does is if someone does something bad he talks to them personally and talk wit out of them. He never showed aggression as a leader (he doesnt get angry even at times that he must be, sometimes it is minhyuk that gets angry at him for doing so) as a result the negative energy never flowed to the members. Being in dispute is normal, misunderstandings are always their and to have a leader who knows his members too well and does the right thing inhibits conflicts within the group. BtoB is setting a good example to Pentagon, and so as to iDle who is about to debut.

It's normal..even thanking Melody its never absent. Actually whoever isn't around with them,they'll always include that person .In short they miss each other if among them isn't there. They're family to each other..U imagine they never fight because the Hyungs are patience..From Eunkwang Minhyuk to Changsub. And Eunkwang has good leadership. If u watch the Finale concert..when they're all crying..Eunkwang said there that everyday the members often thank him. Saying Iloveyou or hugging each other is basic to them.
