The lighthouse was rebuilt in mid 1800s, hardly the oldest in the world.

Hi we are going on a cruise this coming October and Chania Crete is one of our ports. Is it real easy to take the bus from the port to old town? Is there a website on how to take the bus? Thank you

There is normally a shuttle, the red bus stops there. Not sure about public. That will be on Google Maps

A 3 euro each way shuttle works from the port.
