IMDB has the first episode of Gone to Seed as being transmitted on 13 November 1992, so it’s likely the above junction is from some point within the week before. A bit of a transitional period for Channel 4 here as the style of slides and ident music would’ve only just been introduced (for 1993 and all that), but ITV are still very much playing out the adverts.

Indeed, new ident music and slides introduced on 2 November, but ITV regions still selling adverts until midnight on 31 December/1 January
