Nice jacket for obtaining an anonymous appearance. Especially in the UK. 👍 You'd mentioned sticking out in the crowd wearing camo in the city. Oddly enough, here in Texas, camo jackets are almost "the uniform of the day", as camo is so prevalent. And especially so in the more rural areas, where we're mostly hunters as well. Interesting that much depends upon the region, eh?😏

Helikon-Tex produces great things, I like our Polish company more and more (I have jackets, trousers, bags from them). As for the Greyman jacket, I have the same one (earth brown), and I am also glad that I chose size XL. The idea with the M65 jacket lining is great! Greetings from Poland!🙋‍♂️

The jacket looks great! It’s the kinda thing I’ve been looking for for a while. Looks like a jacket you could get on the high st (if that’s still a thing) and of course with the extra features. Love the internals pockets in the internals pockets 🤨 That joke about the Fibbing Bastards of Insurrections might get put you on the YT naughty step. Great content as ever ML! 👍🏻👍🏻 I reckon the jacket will be on my Christmas list for myself.

I'm giving the new Greyman jacket an arduous test out tonight out on the town 😊. First spooky thing I go into my local and the bar manager (who knows me) serves me eventually and says sorry mate, you were a bit of a grey man there! No lie! Spooky indeed. Anyway the jacket is a little heavy'er weight than expected which is good for winter, as its 'gibbering tonight. I think it should be very windproof. Pockets are very practical although only my hands are in, rest of my pocket kit is in the greyman jeans. I'm a 112 chest and similar waist, the XXL fits just about right with a sweater and greyman shirt underneath, slightly long arms. Ash grey/black, cool 😎

One thing I’ve thought of for years that I don’t think I have ever seen is a jacket that is completely plain on the outside so you would blend in perfectly, but is also reversible and has legitimate camouflage on the inside, so that if you were ever in some weird scenario where you were in the city And obviously it probably would never happen to most people, but if you needed to ditch out into the woods, you could reverse it. Or in a most basic situation when you go hunting, you can just reverse the jacket when you come back into the city, you just flip it back into the gray man mode.

No way! When I was filming this today I had exactly the same thought. The ultimate greyman/escape and evade jacket would be a reversible version of this. The tear away zip on this makes it super easy

Another great bit of content. Is a pity thst it is lined/looks a bit heavy so would be a bit warn for my bit if Australia. You/readers might want to google 'The Way of the Tijuana Donkey' and read that article about what Greyman is. It isn't necessarily about not standing out. If I was to wear that jacket where I am here and now, everyone would stare.

Yes, it's probably going to be too warm for the summer months. However nice for the winter months as an extra layer. I'll definitely check out that. Sounds interesting.

👍👍👍I love this jacket, and I love that duracanvas material, but in my opinion there should be hood. When wind blows, it could be very useful. That's I'm very dissapointed of Covert M-65, it could be perfect jacket, but there is too many layers of duracanvas. It makes jacket heavy to wear and UNbreathable. Anyway I'm waiting for SAS Smock review. It could be mine sweetspot - duracanvas, hood, adjusting cord. Only too many layers of duracanvas and too many pockets could change my mind. Cheers

Hey! As winter is coming (no pun intended 😂) - how would you say this jacket works in cold conditions? Would it be suitable for winter?

It'll definitely need a thermal layer underneath. The Duracanvas can be treated with wax to protect from the rain. Definitely would need a thermal layer 🤙

The XL really helps however the arms are a wee bit too long. I checked with a local seamstress and it's an easy and cheap job to shorten the sleeves

Very breathable. Not 100% waterproof however you can add a wax coating to the Duracanvas to help with rain
