Honestly I don't think I have seen anything better from an inventive point of view. Clearly the budget was extremely limited but that did not stop Frankie from attaining his goal of "Home Ownership" . Still laughing at the "Throne"- but once again quirky and so befitting the job.

Ha e to know where you get that much resin at a good price. I keep searching but haven't seen a good price yet. Even enquired at a few different companies that use it. No help.
