I believe that is how *most* people experience it, but for me I deeply mourned the loss of my physical existence. My takeaway was "yes the ego is an illusion, but the ego is the POINT. Physical existence was God's best idea ever and I desperately want to go back! Please tell me its possible to go back!" Or maybe I just have Stockholm syndrome? 😅

I've had Mother Mary help me before, in healing with a man who had severe muscle spasms from spinal cord injury. I felt so helpless and she said "like this". She superimposed in my posture and outstretched her hands to let energy flow to his back. The shaking stopped immediately. I treasure Mother Mary in my life and I sometimes tune into her when I remember.

I recognize Genevieve as a Lyran. Her story is similar to my own. I had an experience at the age of 18. I took up automatic writing later and different Ascended Masters and Angels came through. Then after I started a KZfaq channel the spirits asked me to channel them.

🙏🙏My son has intermittent anger and on one point he is the most calm,patient,loving and innocent .There is lot of trauma he is going through and went through in the past as myself and my spouse (narcissistic) are preparing to separate. I am working from home and do not know the feeling that he will attack me (not so badly though)came to me as thoughts ...I wondered,Why do I get these thoughts.Hence ,when in evening there was something he did not like in my speech or tone he came to me and almost hold my neck(happening after long time again),I was like oh,who informed me in prior that this will be repeated again after a year.Though I am sad and pained,on other side,I am also looking into the messages we receive as thoughts.
