I would not imagine that 3 years ago I used to be co- depending on junk food, cigarettes and alcohol consumption. Now I am in the best shape of my life. Anything you "gain" from practicing such things is not from Almighty God but from demons. We are not creators and You can't be your own God as much as New Age tries to tell you that you can. Long story short, I ultimately found the peace and joy I longed for my entire life... I found it in Jesus Christ. You can do yoga, breathing techniques, mindless meditation, look into all types of false religions and philosophy. you can try to keep your energy levels high however none of that will ever lead you to ultimately peace and joy that comes from the one true God and His name is Jesus Christ. Jesus has given me a reason to live (and not for myself) and given me purpose. Repent and turn to Jesus! He died on the cross to set you free! Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

I was once like you. Seeking peace, seeking love. Seeking something more. I was spiritually hungry. I got into these doctrines of demons without knowing (law of attraction, manifesting what I wanted, reiki healing, tarot card readings etc) little did I know I was opening demonic doors. I didn't think I was doing anything wrong as everything I was doing was centered in love but demons don't care about intentions! Any energy and thought blockage I experience in my daily life is almost instantly calmed and released as soon as I turn on this video. I'm so thankful for healing meditation.
