5 жыл бұрынchanyeol is a gifted musician and tbh his love for singing is so evident that it's impossible to ignore. he has great musicianship and i really appreciate it when he does even the simplest vocal runs, because i can tell that he enjoys doing so and his voice shines even more!
i just need more people to appreciate chanyeol's vocals!!

Don't forget the adlibs he did when he covered Guilty with kyungsoo and kris. That one was so epic and kinda my favorite.

I wish i saw this video earlier otl THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN SAYING. Even in MAMA era he delivered in the short singing lines he got. In XOXO era we had more opportunity to hear his vocal runs like in Heart Attack. Anyways thank you for this video Ugh I love everything about his damn voice.

Is he considered a baritone because that seems to be his most comfortable range. I can't seem to find an answer. What do you think? White Noise has always been my favorite part of EXO song parts he sings, but after this idk anymore. 🙄🤤😓💘

yes i'm pretty sure he's a baritone!! his voice is naturally deep and very rich in tone, plus he's much more comfortable singing in a lower range, like you said! most exo members are tenors so chanyeol's singing parts in their songs have a different kind of gravity, i really love the contrast between his deep tone and the other members' lighter voices! 🥰

He definitely have the biggest potential outside the 3 crazy main vocals. Sadly he's a baritone and the industry who's crazy for tenors trained him to be a rapper rather than as a singer.
