I do absolutely love how after reconciling with daughter Nyx, our great grandorigin Chaos has adopted a somewhat more Nyx-like appearance for their main body to demonstrate their familial relation. That's cute AF.

I love how the dialogue of Chaos in both games is not "divine" per se but more akin to what you'd expect from something like an interdimensional alien from a type 4+ civilization that's manifesting a projection to commune with denizens of a universe that was created as a more benign action than a profound one.

Never thought I'd see Chaos mad. Chronos used this information to not only harm Chaos's child but also their grandchildren

I wonder if chaos made this change to interact with the other gods more often

This is interestingly the best way they could have revealed how the fates were found and captured. Chaos felt fear (from my understanding) about the possibility that the concept of chaos couldn’t exist anymore due to the Fates weaving preordained events. Therefore, Chaos sought to test if that fear was true, and saw an opportunity via Chronos asking about where they are. If there was no more chaos in the world, then the Fates would have prevented their capture by weaving a reality where they managed to escape the initial attempt by Chronos. However, that was mysteriously not the case, and now Chaos is reassured that choice is still as chaotic as it first was. I love this, since it seems like Chronos had set his sights immediately on the Fates after overtaking the House of Hades, and just so happened to find a vulnerable Chaos who desperately wanted their question answered. A perfect representation of how a benign question can be abused by those seeking power. This plot point, and the Silver Sisters as a group, are fantastic additions to the lore of this series. Edit: maybe Chaos is immune to the weavings of the Fates, so they were unaware and blindsided by Chronos’ capture, but they must have been concerned for their safety after he was initially revived via human sacrifices for a new golden age. Perhaps they had only anticipated that he would take the House of Hades, and then would be thwarted later, but Chaos jeopardized their safety due to the fear from their question. Also, with the realization that the Fates are captured, Moros may break his code and reveal important “fate” information to Melinoë that was previously off limits if he is desperate enough to save his sisters.

I mean Moros did reveal an incantation that can loosen the chains that bind Melinoë to the underworld but I wonder if he'll reveal more 🤔
