Huh, despite the theme obviously being aimed at Chaos, I couldn't help but think that the piece also reminded me of the Imperium's own inner darkness - not that of Chaos, but of their own brutality against their own - in order to avoid succumbing to the same powers that nearly tore the Imperium apart. In contrast to the proud martial tunes of the Imperium (the Astartes theme), this evokes images of Astartes, Sisters and Guardsmen rooting out the corrupt among themselves and burning them all.

@clickingpinging Nope. It's only happened once. Lore wise, Khorne resurrected Kharn the Betrayer when he was killed at the Gates of Terra after the World Eaters carried his body back out. Kharn has -never-, as long dictates, received another wound like he did on Terra ever since. So that means, he hasn't died since then.

@clickingpinging The only Chaos Champion who has resurrected again and again and again is Lucious the Eternal, Champion fo Sla'anesh. He's immortal, compared to most of the other Chaos Champions.

@bladiumdragon Slaanesh is usually depicted as being half male and half female, but can be either, I think.

After playing through the Chaos Rising campaign again, I can attest to the fact that the in-game version of this song is vastly different, this version is missing several notes of the ingame version, but sadly; since Relic has seen it fit to stash the music files in an area all but inaccessible to anyone short of a computer guru, I'm unable to upload it.

Actually,if someone does great deeds for the Chaos God,they might even protect him. Because,the thing Chaos Gods care about the most is souls,bring them souls and they will be happy eternally. So if a mortal champion brings them many souls,they empower him and in very rare cases (like Lucius,Angron,Typhus) they might even protect him from death,so that he will continue to supply them with souls.

@dastompakaptin Then you haven't played as Chaos enough. There are at least three variations - calmer stuff with the fewest instruments, when you're outside of battle, heavier stuff when a minor battle is being fought, and the most intense version plays when a big battle is going on.

The problem with chaos is that their strongest leaders just hide in random towers and refuse to take action against the hated Imperium!

Maybe Nurgle (and that is a maybe) but certainly not the others. They don't give a shit about their followers. Case in point, Tzeentch is known to screw over his own sorcerers, and as it is so often said, Khorne cares not from where the blood flows, only that it does.

@dastompakaptin Actually I work within the securitas here in sweden. There are several rank 60 chaos players, MITA Superstar, Caeltos(me, durr), HQ007 among a few. We reached 60 maybe 1-2 months of Chaos Rising was launched. If played TFFA and got 2000 continously, you could get rank 60 within 2 weeks np.
