I love how colorful and visceral your Chaos narratives are, so of course I listened to all of this. The Word Bearer narrator is such a delicious nexus for the many desires and motivations of his disparate and equally delectable allies.

This is a master crafted narration and story telling! I enjoy how you portray the characters of the Legions of Chaos Space marines. They feel profound. It sets a perfect atmosphere for assembling chaos space marine miniatures.

The sheer, unrepentant joy in utter, carnal vileness Baldemort display when portraying a son of Lorgar is so exciting; the delicious cruelty, the acerbic humor, the self-assurance and tainted wisdom on display make me so PROUD to be represented as a Word Bearer.

Your writing is always on point, Lord Baldermort. However, when the POV character spoke of his brother always being in pain, it went through me. I shall not bore you with the details, but have suffered from chronic pain for two decades. You captured the anguish all too accurately for it to be easy for me to listen to. It was also a magnificent, insightful and beautiful use of language. My deepest compliments.

I have been observing human behavior lately…. The classist separation I have seen in basically every company I have worked for. How those at the “top” of the company so very much enjoy creating inferior conditions for those beneath them on the totem pole. It’s like they don’t know what “good” conditions are, unless there is someone doing worse than themselves. Those in the front office always have better pay, restrooms, working conditions, ect, ect…. And the seemingly permanent strict social separation between the upper echelons, and the menial laborers. How much it seems to fuel the ego and arrogance of the owners and managers to keep those “beneath” them in a state of desperation and lower living standards than they themselves enjoy. It is almost as though, it is the contrast that gives them comfort… They know their lives are good, because of someone else’s ever-present suffering…. This is why I love 40k so much…. Sometimes it takes a fiction to pull back a curtain on reality…

That Night Lord was so well done. The weird gollum little freak. My favourite was the interactions between the Thousand Son Lord and the Iron Warrior Tarrak. And I'm not much of a khorne fan, but I love the fact that bloodthirsters stop fighting to acknowledge ceremony that worthy opponents may do, for instance the knight stopping to first send his horse and crest home.

Forgetting is the greatest violence, even in the grimdark future. These might seem like tales of remembering, but the violence is always the outcome of a forgetting or a forgetful nature. Anyone who can remember, or be remembered clearly, more than today is almost unbelievably powerful in the grimdark. A hundred thousand psychers and it doesn't matter without 1 rememberer.
