This is the last chapter of our video series.
In previous chapters, we discussed our eight sense system, learned about sensory processing and self-regulation. We looked at potential sensory processing issues and presented a variety of sensory tools which could be used in the classroom and on the go. In the previous chapter, we introduced customized sensory rooms and spaces specially designed to promote a ready state for learning and interaction. We explained how to set them up correctly to provide calming or active experiences based on each student's needs.

Part of that can be achieved by understanding sensory processing and its impact on behavior, social interaction and learning. If we learn to see the behavior of children through a sensory lens, we might be better able to address their challenges and help them succeed.
