this looks fun edit: i will say the 2c/bis versions, 2 crewman inside the tank are classed as being inside the engine bulkhead which makes it near impossible to 1 hit with any kind of over pressure. this is talking from experience as well, having taken a artillery round to the middle of the tank and killing 10 of 12 of my crew.

Honestly kinda surprised the 2c Bis didn’t win in the 1st urban combat map. I though that big bonk cannon would give them an advantage.

2c is amazing at deleting things with no armour, even milk trucks one shot to the breech will overpressure it, if it didn't have that much filler the bis would easily win, from what I heard though 2 crew members are in the engine or something, so overpressure won't kill them, which is why the bis was struggling to 1 shot them, so each basically have equal firepower, just different ways of penetration, love both, but would be great to have more penetration than 55mm on the APHE, but it still works due to the amount of filler.

newb to war thunder here. loving my c2 bis, but i was wondering if anyone knew a way to zoom out more (or adjust aim). When i zoom all i can aim at is up to ~ 700 meters. I can sort of see the 800m marker but its under the ammo icon and i cant see the enemy. Any way to adjust this?

Just practice. I had the same problem, but just go crazy on the test drive range in all the modes, you will get better at judging the shots in real matches that way. Also learn to use binos and also the horizontal markers on the gunners sight (the central marks side to side work kinda like a distance gauge, if the tank's side touches you compensate very little, if its three quarters about 400m if its half about 700m and quarter about 1km) im not exact on that, in my head in my own way i got a feel for it, but just practice using the different tools. Even the mini map has a scale, so you can count the grids if all else fails. (You can turn the gun in bino mode)

Actually the char 2C is a ww1 tank but it’s production was introduce to late in the war to be used but during the invasion of France of 1949 blitzkrieg the Germans found one of these big tanks on a train that was stuck in a rail yard

Those are viewports. You know how you can see through a spinning fan? These work the same way.

next time should make a video of the all the derp guns in the game fighting. Derp guns are defined as having 150mm+ caliber guns. ie, the: Stu.pz 2 Isu/Su 152 object 268 Fv4005 Type 75 2S3M french derp lorrane and lots of other 150mm+ guns

Technically, the 2c was developed during ww1, the first prototype was developed in 1917, but the French tank industry was a big mess so it didn’t make it to the war
