you're welcome! Again it shows how much work is BEHIND a video... for a few seconds in the final result we have to put in quite some work BUT that's what makes all the difference! :-)

Hey i was wondering if you can help me out by answering these questions.so i have a passion of editing and compositing i am highly skilled in Many programs like photoshop after effects final cut cinema 4d and premiere pro i have a resume done but i dont know what field should i apply for but I would like a job where i can use after effects. Univision 19 is kinda close to me but if i apply what would be the title I should apply for video editor? I want to submit my resume but not sure what field I most likely fit in ? Im actually a 29 yr old hispanic female..im sorry if its too much detail but for some reason I think u can answer my questions where should I apply to? Thanks hope to hear from u soon

At the end of the day follow your passion. If it's AE, then try to get into Motion Graphics (2D, 3D or both) If you're like me and enjoy the hybrid of editing and motion graphics then you can actually try to apply for either one. In my experience you get more of a shot if you apply for editing with skills in AE. That's how I got the job at the NFL. They were looking for an editor who was well versed in AE. I get the impression that many employers are looking for editors who have skills in AE. You become a commodity. Not too many editors are skilled in AE in the industry. Apply to as many places as you can. It's a numbers game. The more you apply, the better your chances of getting a call for an interview. Think about how many people are applying for same job. Hundreds or thousands. So apply to as many as you can. Hope this helps and you land a job soon!

Great tutorial! I've done something similar myself, but I did it in Premiere Pro. Do you think you could make a tutorial on how to track markers on a greenscreen, so you can move the camera while filming and make another background? I haven't found any tutorial on that. I need it for a school project :-)

Thank you Vegard! A tutorial on tracking markers on green screen is a great idea. When is your school project due?? A little busy now that I started work at NFL but if I have little bit of time, would be more than happy to do the tutorial.

Not sure I understand 100%. Is your cutout red? What effects are you using on it?

Yes, once a layer is in 3D space, you can rotate the cutout 180 degrees and reveal the backside which will be the same but flipped. Go to the Rotation and adjust the value on the y axis.
