I was absolutely sure that was him when I played the game. Looks a lot like him. Sounds exactly like him. There's also a guy who looks like kind've "Uncle Benjen" who also sounds like him. Neither voiced by the actors from GoT. Would've been cool if they got Peter Dinklage to voice some character. Just finished Blood and Wine. Best game ever.

+Lenny Ynnel Horizon Zero Dawn still has many notable flaws, like its awkward dialogues, and somewhat anticlimactic ending. In short, everything about that game stacks up very much like Mass Effect 3, so I'd give it a 8/10. I really enjoyed it, but it's not on par with The Witcher 3.

EzioIlMentore witcher 3 isnt without flaws too though. personally I don't like the combat. I much prefer bows. I haven't played horizon yet but the fact that it has ranged combat is a plus over witcher. though the witcher has some of the best writing and voice acting I've seen. I suffer through the combat because of it. not that I'm saying its junk just not my style.

Detlaff's voice is absolutely amazing. Deep, but still rich. Slightly outlandish, which suits his elegant appearance. Terrifying but also kinda enchanting. But the best part is how he sounds animistic when he's angry, just as he sometimes becomes a rampant animal, a beast when he's enraged.

Sometimes we have to deliver quests between Menge, King of Beggars and Djikstra in Novigrad and, even though they were played by the same voice actor, I've never noticed any similarities. Richard Hawley, I'm impressed.

Myanna as the Duchess is pure elegance and class. I am also impressed by Regis and Detlaff, I wouldn't be surprised if they get cast as well. Being a voice actor you only get one mode to express yourself and make an impression on the audience. Throughout Blood and Wine I couldn't wait to see the scenes with the Duchess and Regis they carried that whole narrative and it felt as Geralt was only a guest character in his own game!

I've listened to the polish VO's and it sounds like shit. The voice "actors" sound like they're reading from a fucking prompter, no emotion no nothing. And before anyone askes, NO, I don't have anything against polish but it's english where the real talent resides, like for example Charles Dance

Bloody Baron’s voice actor is miles and away the best voice actor in the game. He feels so real and believable

His is the first true big and important character arch in the game. Everyone else you meet kinda, vanishes, or is only there briefly. But the baron is there when you're still new to the game, still learning, having no idea whats going on, so everything he did, said, felt, you took it all in because you were like a sponge, and you craved more and more content, and it was spoonfed to us in spades. So I don't think it's that he was the best voice actor, i think it was that his is the one we remember most, because we weren't just spamming the skip button yet. We took in every single thing he did because his was the first major character we got to not only interact with for an extended period, but actively change not only his fate, but the fate of all around him.
