A charcoal stack is used to make charcoal in a traditional way carbonization regulated by a low-intensity fire regulated by vents and smoke coming out of the chimney.
This charcoal pile was named "Linda" and principal charcoal burner was Jan Thybeck. Filmed the day after the pile was lit.
