@Luke86811 no there are discord bots that can relay streams. You tag the stream with a noteworthy event. You then export those stream tags to this comment. No ai involved

@@corylong5808discord bots let you tag livestreams with noteworthy events. You can use a command to export them pre-formatted for youtube. The tags are made by a person live tho and can be wrong and need to be adjusted.
