What if you cannot take the battery out because it's a newer model meaning you cannot remove the back .

I brought my lg k20 to a technician because i forgot the knock code and the after he format my phone i cant open it anymore cause i cant touch the screen and it keep saying the battery temp is to high or low but when i charge it the phone is still charging it didnt stop like yours. Can somebody help me. Should i buy a new battery or the phone got completely destroyed and theres no solution?
