The lights are going on because they are solar powered, so when you put the panel in the box, they come on, and when you lift them out, into the light, they go off! They will come on automatically when it gets dark outside or inside! X

It’s definitely a cake plate- but it would also be good as a cheese board or for making a table centrepiece with flowers and candles. It’s a bargain.

Hi kate, lovely items again, my top favourite was the joules jumper. A bargain at £4. The solar lights will come on in dark and if you put batteries in they still do the same they just give power if not enough sunlight. That aegan tray looked like be a nice dinner party, item to host with. I love that you also pick up things for others when your looking at things, i do that too. My favourite items, were firstly that tin (great idea for travel) the cat, and the shower gels etc , to follow. I just had a Shien haul arrive, and some super travel brushes in a tin with mirror (lovely quality and worked out with vouchers no more than £1.50, lots of designer looking clothing and pumps, etc. Our boot sales are closed here in Wales, so i get my fix on there now. You did really well 💕💞💓

Hi Kate, thank you for this weeks Vlog. I was going to tell you about the solar panel on your string lights, but loads have beaten me to it! It is also a good way to test lights when you are buying them to make sure they work, they usually leave the factory with enough charge to test. Loved that jumper, nice find and how lucky were you with those toiletries and perfume? The tea bag tin is called a tea caddy and was very sweet. Always tickles me when you put something to the sceen for us to smell! I always have a sniff and say, it smells lovely Kate! I would say the lovely Wedgwood plate is for cakes or anything you want really I guess, be nice full of tasty little triangle sarnies on too! Loved the Vlog today, it made me smile so thank you xx

Hi Kate, loved the haul, thought the cosmetics were quite a find I love that brand the handcream is very good for dry hands and dry feet. The outdoor lights will look lovely in the summer, they came on in the box because you covered the sensor, so nothing spooky. Keep up the hauls I really enjoy them when I'm having a coffee. wow that L'OCCITANE stuff is a real bargain well done you, it's really dear to buy as I nipped into their big store in town this week to get a nice handwash but changed my mind as the cheapest they had was £25 - TWENTY FIVE QUID for liquid handwash!!! I don't think so m'dear xxx

Aegean trays are used across Greece and they serve ouzo or tipirou shots off them Any shot any alcohol great fun at Greek nights when these come out

Hi Kate, the mini beauty products called l'occitane is pronounced as locks- it- tan. It's a French brand. I love the rose cake plate. Love the cat cushion! I may have a go at making one with some pretty fabric! Kate, is the cats tail a separate piece of fabric?
