They would have been a epic couple. This story about this guy who never felt anything , who is a true sociopath , is intrigued by this strong witch girl. And he start to open up for the first time in his life & shared his family history with her(6x08). After the merged with luke , human feelings appeared in him , feeling of caring & that's why he helped to save her in 6x13 , or why he was so tormented about what he did to her that he needed to be forgiven so much (6x16) or why he came back from the prison world so angry & sad , because he was hurt when she left him behind(6x22). He only expressed emotions when it comes to HER & that's just beautiful. Plus , they'r both powerful , badass , but also have this vulnerability inside. Too bad , Julie changed everything.

i feel like kai did really care about bonnie...he just couldn't find a way to show it

I love them so much. I don't think Julie was expecting the two actors to have so much chemistry. I hate the writers for dismantling such a dangerously passionate relationship. I swear Bonkai could have taken over the show because they have so much in common. Its so unsettling knowing they didn't get a proper ending.

The parallels.....Bonkai could have been this Power Wicca couple. But Bonnie Bennett can't have nice things because of Julie Plague. *Forever bitter. It's Kennett all over again*

I wish I could erase this video from my memory just to live again the feeling of watching it for the first time. :D

Ugh....they had so much potential, forever hating plague for this. And also there's another parallel of Kai appreciating Bonnie. In episode 6*09 he says "Wait are you guys talking about Bonnie Bennett because honestly I didn't think she was all that great". And then we see him in 6*15 taking to Damon saying "Can't believe Bonnie made it out, wait I say I can she's plucky". I know it wasn't much but this one of his many changes he had after the merge which Julie didn't want us to see cuz she couldn't care less about it.He was redeemable but she didn't want us to see it.😡😡
