The water isn't so much dirty, its Murky. That part of the gulf is just like that. There are days when conditions are right that the water is blue but apparently its not good for the sea life long term.

I grew up in San Antonio. It's been nearly 25 years of big ol women jokes...and I still laugh like it's the first time I heard it. I remember a local TV show got a bunch of the prettiest SA girls to make a response video to Chuck in like 2004. They thought they showed him...until it aired on TNT and Chuck said "They must've went and got them women from Houston cus those ain't no san Antonio women😂😂😂 "
