I just got this bag too, and I love it. This is going to sound so silly, but how do I open the metal buckle to adjust the strap?

Congratulations on your purchase! It is such a lovely bag ❤️ I think it looks better in person than in video. I had the same problem with my buckle in the beginning too, but my hubby figured out how it works. The buckle is like a lever style, so only one side will lift to release the strap . Afterwards, the straps slides in and out nicely. Hope it helps!

Not sound silly at all because the reason I search at KZfaq because I want to know the same thing as well. I bought in black colour at the boutique but I really forget to ask about the adjustment strip. I don't have this brand in town hence I tried to search here😅

How to adjust the strap? I cant open the strap buckle or to be exact i i dont know how to open hahaha

I had the same problem too initially. It is a lever style clasp/ buckle- takes alittle bit of strength since it is be very tight.
