My Italian mother used to drain her Ricotta then slice it and then fry it. It was really good.

I ALWAYS put mustard on any kind of pork. Especially on pork loin with 3:02 chopped garlic in little pockets! It's delicious

I don't! I'm just fine and healthy!!! I'm very clean and so is my house!! I don't know anyone that washes their meat. I wash my chicken but not my meat

Wash all my meats, you never know who has touch it or how they handle it while they were packaging it.

I don't but I do always wash meat if it's a little bloody like steaks(only now when we can afford them lol). Yeah really you don't see people washing hamburger meat and hands have been all over that stuff for sure hasn't it lol😮

I do, I worked wrapping meat abd when there cut on a saw blade there are pieces of tiny bone chips.

The potato and meatball recipe just needed more cooking time. Those potatoes are hard to get done....Love all the recipes..

@ellenbradley1880 I'm 74 and did not know that!! I love mustard esp on hamburgers. Gonna slather mustard on my burgers and then put them on my grill!! What could go wrong? (Well, alot, actually! Could have burned charcoal mustard stuck to my cheese! Thanks Ellen for the tip! Have a nice weekend! 💛
