We went to the beach this spring for a weekend family trip. Here is some DJI Spark Drone Footage I took while there. Music: www.bensound.com

Great video! I have been shooting with a Spark for about a year now and have just now started uploading content. I think this little machine is one of the fastest to get in the air to grab some great quality video. Thanks for sharing!

It sometimes takes a while to get GPS signal according to where you are. I find it reasonably quick most of the time though. Takes around 3 to 5 minutes to be in the air. I only wish it would stay up more than 10 to 12 minutes. Only so much power you can pack into a small battery.

@@cowsgonemadd3 Well said. I saw a leak earlier this week about a Mavic Mini coming out soon. It is said to be around the same price point that the Spark is and comparable in size. Maybe a couple more minutes of flight time out of the battery but it is rumored to have the same camera (4K) as the Mavic Pro. I have flown a couple of Mavic's in the past but, compared to the Spark they seem to be bulky and LOUD! Thanks again for sharing.

4k is nice but it has such large file sizes. It also takes a better GPU and CPU to process. I would like to have the option of 4k but for now full HD is nice. What would be better for me is more air time, a 3 axis gimbal and longer range. I usually can only get 800 to 1000ft away and I get signal issues on this. A long ways short of the 1.2 miles? Estimated.

@@cowsgonemadd3 A trick that I have recently learned; I use my iPhone for clips and edit Spark footage with it on iMovie (it is a free editing software that comes stock on a iPhone) and when I go to export the video it gives me the option to do it in 4k, because I have my phone video recording set at that resolution. I'm not sure, but it seems to upscale the imported drone footage when I export it. When I upload a video to KZfaq it recognizes it at the 4k resolution even though the Spark only shoots in 1080.
