Moral of the story folks, take care of yourself , cut down on the sugar , refine carbohydrates , alcohol , eat a low carb diet. Diabetes ain't no joke. I also notice in the comments a lot of people asking if it's true. Yes it is. Not only diabetes , but also high blood pressure. God bless you all. Stay healthy
