not all cases im out on federal probation now, it’s rare but if yo circumstances right you can get it. they rarely give bonds but they will if you working and they can confirm you aint a flight risk. 9 times outta 10 if you get a bond you get probation too

my case was some bs and some light shit at that. most don’t get that blessing. definitely wanna inform people tho cuz most act like they know but never been through the system to see it

@@ol4074 weak ass weed case. only reason i got off how i did is because of the specific prosecutor i had. i was only 20 and he knew i had a baby on the way & i was working. the case was at the state level first then they passed it up to them cuz of the area i was in. i aint get caught in the act i just got caught with the shit, with weed you need more than 50 kilos for it to rise in severity but i aint have half of that. atf arrested out of a state courthouse and took to the fed courthouse. most of the niggas in there had a feelin i would get probation when they heard what was goin on. i can’t speak for others but i know i got blessed, im highly favored by god. i been grazed in my head, that man upstairs always working for me. if you been through it, got due process and didn’t get yo rights violated then im sure you got a pretrial interview where they ask if you got a job, stable living situation, see what yo education is and shit like that. i lived with my mom at the time, had a job as a cable technician and i had a baby otw. they knew i wasn’t a flight risk so they gave me a bond which aint common on the fed level. i was on pretrial supervision for like 11 months and got sentenced to 3 year’s probation. i plead out and took responsibility for selling weed, never had to say a name or point a finger either. this all started from me gettin arrested at a shopping outlet in this rural town cuz someone was shoplifting and they car looked like mine. when i came out the outlet the local police had my car surrounded and they seen a strap through my tint so they tore up the car and found a bunch of bags and some straps. woulda been a state case if i was in my county but i was in the next county over and they send anything with drugs to the feds. didn’t even have that much weed for it to hit a federal level fr i was just in the wrong place wrong time. the prosecutor himself is the only reason i wasn’t doing 5 years fr tho. he coulda charged me with everything but instead put it all as one charge of possession with intent. since i aint get caught doing a sale they used what i got caught with to put the indictment together for that charge. i thank god everyday too cuz ik that ain’t i was blessed. but i typed all that just to let mfs know it can happen and it don’t always mean somebody told. MOST OF THE TIME it does but not all the time. you can check my shit on PACER im certified fasho
