there is quaity in flashes in McNeill, but he needs to work on himself to improve physically and get more consistent with his technical skill set

I don't think he'll make it into the 1st team. It's a bit sad given he's been in the academy for a long time.

Is he better than will keane or james wilson? I don't think so.

To be fair, it doesn't always work like that. Rashford wasn't as good as those players for the academy. Neither was Josh King, or Anthony Elanga, or even Jesse Lingard. And yet they all had better careers. Some of them had WAY better careers. He could end up somewhere in the premier league and that wouldn't be a shock
