Fun fact the bass line on this song is made using the trilian bass plugin on a midi keyboard by charlie puth and charlie beat boxed in the chorus over the actual beat to make the song more lush

Attention was originally supposed to sound like a sad orchestral peice where the guitars would have been a pizzicato string but charlie took all the sad and slow elements and made it into a super pop happy but sad song

i cant believe youve never heard that song i literally know all the lyrics to it even tho i never searched them up, i also never searched for the song and actovely listened to it, but with it being played literally on every radio station (even tho i rarely listen to radio) and in every store its just hard to not knoe the lyrics haha
