By whatever supplier you use, ali express is what most people use. you would have to set up the shipping step through shopify or whatever website company you use.

They should be there! You'll need to manually import them over into your Shopify store so that they can be published

I just went through the whole process with your affiliate links to sign up, only find out the credit, prebuilt store front and auto populated products don't start until the trial period is over and you make FULL payment. Did I miss something? I didn't see that mentioned any where? Any thoughts?

in the video, he says you have to wait 7 days on the trial and then get zendrop plus, which is 79 dollars a month or 50% off for 3 months to get the 200 dollars of credit.

Not really. You still have to operate it. Check the orders, track the stock, send the orders to the suppliers, run ads etc

Definitely not, I actually don't make anything unless you get everything delivered, set up and on a paid plan. I talked to the Zendrop team and everything seems to be going smoothly with store deliveries (they're getting a ton of them) - can you check your spam folder? If not send over your email and I'll have them look into it! Sorry about that!
