Lol brilliant video Charlie , you and the lads are good bunch 👍 Jim you surprised me with 9 pull ups however I would call into question 6 of them for form so you only did 3! guessed right with Frank's 8 👍, Charlie I should of gone higher for you as you use to train boxing. Where was Jordans pull ups? Good effort all round on the push ups. Next challenge is definitely a sprint race!!! Love your vids keep up the gd work. I know you got a dumpy level saw you use on your extension build. Could you do a video using a old fashioned dump level made from scraps to show it can transfer level just as gd ? I know time is money but if you get the chance probably get a few views n likes 🖒

I’ve seen and gone straight joint over plinth coarse many times ...the boss of small Bricklaying firm even said last year “The Plinth is your get out of Jail card “ as you can sweeten the cavity size or reset bond (if need be )

for the cavity tray, best thing to keep it clean is to put some hessian in there. Leaves them spotless.

Hey Charley what you wanna do if the board is too close is do what I do except I use wood boards but I have the board running the same way as the wall and place the board in the clip by the corner, it is a bit more flexible but it allows you to have your board on the clip with enough room 👍🏼

Good advice Charlie on the frames when you put the dacci clips in they can be twisted to fuck but you got to make sure they are plumb or they can be a nightmare on the bigger patio door frames

Just curious, not a bricklayer in the slightest but I’m going to try use the right terminology. On the plinth brickwork, you’ve put the black sheeting over the top of the bricks and put the blocks on the top of the sheet. Do you just cut the sheet off after or what’s the need for the sheet? Sorry if I sound daft haha

That's what I did Charlie we made our own scaffold clips to hold a scaffolding board ....can use it to load out on and hold spot boards etc ....even use it as a hop up

When we start on somebody else's footing and it's not plumb, we just start ur own block plumb and start cavity and either will be stepped in or out on bottom block but make it right,had to do it today👍..where did u get magnet for trowel, cant get it anywhere
