New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make a Strawberry supreme layer cake. It consists of 2 layers of soft, and moist strawberry cake with a butter meringue strawberry frosting that's spread around the sides and on top of the cake. It is also made with real strawberries. This cake serves 8 to 12 servings. It's full of strawberry flavor, refreshing and absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.

Charlie, I see you’ve been doing a lot of cakes almost every other video. You should do a Summer Cakes Series with the strawberry and pineapple flavored cakes remixing your old and new cake videos because I notice you always add some new methods in doing your cake recipes as well.😊 I still love going back and watching your old strawberry cake videos and have enjoyed watching all of your cake recipes over the the years. Anytime I want to cook anything, your channel is my very first stop. I absolutely love you making everything from scratch. Thanks for always generously sharing your talents! Oh, do a Fall/Holiday Cakes Series as well!

Good Afternoon Charlie!! Even without the blender, Butter Extract, and the piping bag, l managed to do 2 of these cakes today (1 being for somebody's birthday and 1 for myself cuz l know once the one cake gets where it's going, it's gonna be gone). They both turned out excellent. Thanks a million for this recipe. And l may do this for my birthday next month not real sure. But which ever choice l make, it will definitely be one of yours 👍 Oh and 2 minutes time for the eggwhite part was good enough timing (for the frosting part) cuz l also did not have a thermometer. Thanks. That worked👍

Good Morning Charlie!! I had some problems recently with a few of my cakes falling. I have made a few bundt cakes in September that have fell. These were not from your recipes.l have made 3 of the Strawberry Cakes from your recipe. First 2 were successful. But the 3rd one l made, had fell. What's disappointing is that this was the cake l chose for my birthday which is today. Have you had these experiences? I have an idea of how to salvage my cake that sank a little in the middle. I had recently got a new stove from the building complex that l live in (electric stove). The other stove l had was with a sealer that was dry rotting and falling apart. But the funny thing is: the other 2 Strawberry Cakes l made didn't fall. I made the 3rd one in the new oven (6 months old) and it fell. I still have some of my Strawberry Puree left from this recipe. Would this be a good idea to fill in the gaps with this and put it in the middle? And what are some pointers on how to keep my cakes from falling?
