So I made a conscious effort in trying to make my jab hurt like a power strike. Some days I worked only my left on the bag. I love this sport. I still train even though I stopped boxing and joined the military, then when I got out I work for the military. One late night In Miami many years ago I decided to walk to the corner store. A car pulled up and three big ripped dudes jumped out. I tried to talk out of it, I knew I wasn't going to outrun them, but they stopped to do what they intended to do. So when they came running at me I told myself I was going to die but I was going to make them earn it. I'm here today because of boxing. I beat them senseless it was a miracle I don't think I could ever be so perfect again. So I have trained every day, every moment I can spare for 20yrs now. I now train my son as well. I owe my life to boxing.
