BOBBI BROWN Vitamin Enriched Face Base is phenominal!! I can't live without it! I use it as a primer under make-up and on its own as a daytime moisturiser. My skin has changed so much since I have been using it, about 4yrs now, and I wouldn't be without it. Please try it Charlotte, it will change your life!!

Bobby Brown: pricy but really good quality. I can recommend cream eyeshadow sticks and liner, crushed colour lipstick, undereye colour corrector.

Bobby Brown is a brand that never had the “wow” factor or trendiness to be on the “cool girl” radar for quite a while now, but I’ve “discovered” it in the past few years as a brand with reliability good quality and shades that I can actually wear (as a neutral-cool olive girl), because she always has had a good range and really solid neutral tones. Her long-wear foundation has been one of the few foundations that I have actually re-purchased a few times because it went in flawlessly and stayed that way for my long working days on my skin, which fluctuates between oily and in the winter, sometimes even dry. AND it was the perfect colour, which I really struggle with in so many brands. The eyeshadows are not exciting in the package but apply easily and quickly and look sophisticated and although I have a ridiculous amount of palettes I reach for the couple of hers that I have often. I also have a great bronzer. The brand is in the middle of discontinuing a bunch of things and (I think) changing up their image so stay tuned I guess. I have given up on Pat McGrath, aside from her under eye brightening compact powder. Everything is just too warm on me and too much sameness anymore, after her first palette anyway. I wish you had shown us the YSL blush package opened up, so we could see the applicator, since you raved so much about it - how can you think the packaging is great just from the outside when how it’s put on is so important? I bought a MAC Glowplay blush a couple of years ago and didn’t find it creamy in *any* way….maybe I got an old one? Not impressed, it was like any other hard powder blush and I don’t use it often. The only thing here I’m curious to check out is really the Hourglass liquid blushes, because all their products are so luscious! Thanks again, I love your “will I buy that?” videos (but not as much as the “you don’t need that!” ones!

Haha had to laugh a few times because of Charlotte's honest yet humourous first impression. I also agree about PMG, if they do another gold/pink combo again, a lot of people will be disappointed..again.

The ABH liquid blush is a beautiful product, it is a subtle blush, easy to bland and dries down, not tacky at all, I have plum and love it. The Kosas blushes are gorgeous. xo

Agree! The baby pink is a true lavender and the formula is gorgeous. I was shocked- under rated for sure!

@@AnnieLvsBeauty My Ulta had NO TESTERS, so they opened one of the 3 Plums left, so I tested that color and bought it one the spot. The other colors I want to try before I buy, but I do love the formula and how it wears. It's actually the FIRST liquid brush I've ever bought.

Bobbi Brown Ex-Makeup Artist here! Do not trust them describing foundation as soft matte - their products are not matte at all, especially foundations. They are always very natural and hydrating (even matte versions). This looks like a reformulation though of the current Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation which was STUNNING, so wonder if the new one will be as good. Anyway, here are TOP 5 MUST TRY ITEMS: 1. Luxe Eyeshadow in Heat Ray and Melting Point (to this day these are my go-to everyday shadows, and I have Pat Mcgrath, Natasha Denona palettes and STILL go back to these singles!!) 2. Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks in Golden Pink, Golden Amber - PERFECT for under other shimmer/glitter powder eyeshadow shades as they adhere super well, cream shadow amplifies the powder ones, and makes them stay on all day without creasing. 3. Natural Brow Shaper (Mahogany, Espresso shades) - perfect for quick 5min makeup days to do your brows, just trust me on this one! 4. Highlighting Powder (stunning shades: Moonstone, Afternoon Glow) - such a LUXURIOUS formula, looks like glass, non-detectable, not metallic, but very impactful nonetheless. 5. Sheer Finish Pressed Powder - Givenchy is still more smoothing, but for everyday this is perfect, much quicker to use than loose powder, so I have loved it and repurchased about 5 times in the last 6+ years! BONUS: Lip Pencil in Nude is the best everyday shade, and the formula is my all time favourite. Also, check out the new GLOW WITH LOVE collection and tell me it does not excite you! I may check out a couple. I had used under eye concealer and purchased an all in one trunk many years ago. I don't remember exactly what all was in it. But it was complete make up kit I enjoyed. I get bored and side tracked and moved on. But I would try again.

Laugh at me, but of all the new products the only one that excites me is the YSL Quad in Pastel, I think of rainbows and unicorns but luxurious and once in good quality :-)) But let's wait and see if the product will even make it to Austria and be limited or available for longer and at what price ;-) All the best, Maria

The ABH baby pink blush is gorgeous! I'm olive and pink blush tends to look very orange on me. This actually looks true pink. Plus it is sheer enough to use as a base under other blushes that tend to pull orange. Love it!

Bobbi brown gel eye liner is my favorite. I repurchase the scotch color every year. Their lux lipstick also wears really well through the day. Also, the ABH stick blush is also really nice (one of the more long wearing ones I own) so I am curious about their liquid injection (also yes to blush injections! 😂)

I love the ABH eyebrow whiz. That’s the only eyebrow pencil I use. Other than that, that’s only product I buy from the brand I buy. The concealer seems wayyy too pasty for me.

I just bought the ABH blush yesterday 😂. I got plum, and it's sooooo pigmented. I like the tiny applicator nozzle bc a small dot is PLENTY! My 46 yr old skin ❤s it!

😆 I had the same reaction to the ABH liquid blush packaging 👏, Pat McGrath not pink 😳🤯😳😆,the hourglass liquid blush packaging - now I cannot unsee the “ food coloring “ 😆👏, the ysl quad - it’s so hard to do pastels elegantly and they didn’t get there with these colors and this also just looks like it is only going to even possibly show up on the fairest skin tones out there at least in this in this picture

Hi, Charlotte!!! I’m intrigued by the ABH blush in Plum. The nozzle is kinda scary but I prefer something like that instead of a spongy tip 😅

The ABH is sort of clever. The nozzle tip only allows a tiny amount out at a time. It’s a very spreadable formula. But, there’s nothing clever with the shades. Bobbi Brown lost me years ago. I don’t particularly like her foundations. The YSL and Hourglass liquid blushes are really calling to me. But, I’ll have to see them in person. Love these videos. ❤

Lots of new releases! Thank you for posting this video and for your thoughts on all the new make up. I wear a lot of Bobbi Brown make up. The Bobbi Brown foundation stick is wonderful. The Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Calypso Coral is a favorite--I put the BB highlighter in Pink Glow over the blush. The BB Luxe lipstick is really lovely. There are lots of beautiful shades. I tend to go for Pink Nude and Sandwash Pink. I hope you feel better from your cold real soon. xoxo Karen

For that PMG sneak peek: I noticed that the show’s makeup artist used barely any of her products on Nicola this season… which is super strange since she used to kind of “represent” her Bridgerton collections? So I can hardly imagine she’ll come out with a collection this time around (also so late) but let’s wait and see 😊 I’m honestly kind of disappointed there was no collection for season 3!

Hourglass blush gets me too... the 3 last shades are maybe (and hopefully) too dark and In need to check the applicator for my pale skin. The Rare Beauty hyped ones are not my jam, I have two of them but I need to handle the wand with care otherwise it looks like a bruise. So I get the packaging of the ABH one to really get a tiny dot. I need to check it in store. Powder is easier for me to grab online.

I have two things from Bobbi Brown and I love them both: Luxe Lipstick (Downtown Plum), Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick (Stone). I am tempted to buy more colors.

BB stuff is, in general, great quality. The problem is since the actual Bobbi left the company doesn’t seem to know how to market themselves 🤷‍♀️ Right after Bobbi left the company posted some stuff on Instagram that was styled like an ABH or Huda ad. It was so strange and ppl in the comments were *pissed* at the change in aesthetic. Hopefully they’ll figure it out because the products are really good.

I'm a huge BB fan. So many good products! They discontinued their Skin foundation and this new one is meant to be replace it - I don't think it's going to hit the mark, as Skin foundation was not matte!

*off topic*. I don't know how long these have been out but I thought you might like the Laura Mercier Soft Lipstick crayons, there are a few coral shades but most of them are really nice.

Hi Charlotte, the Hourglass blushes have the same components like the Danessa Myricks Yummy skin water serum primer. I wonder if they will be like a serum. I hope they are creamier than a water serum. Can't wait for your review.

I recommend Bobby Brown's longwear eyeshadow sticks, longevity is much better than from other brands I tried; and also wide shade range. I do not recommend their powder eyeshadows on the other hand, they very hard pressed in my opinion, hard to pick up and powdery looking.

I have the same reaction to the outside packaging of the YSL 😆 The colours I like in theory, but I’m into contrasting cool and warm shades and don’t mind a bit of pastel. My problem is I would need a darker shade in the quad for contrast. Really looking forward for in person swatches.

Maybe the YSL quad would have been better if it were all shimmers and you could pair it with all the other wives on neutral colors

Thank You Charlotte for this video, now I Know I dont need the newest YSL quad😊❤I thought for a second ooooooo the packaging….! And then boom!I dont like those pastels and I think even the bronzers packaging looks even better.🤔 and dont even talk about its price….. cooling period of time is here 🙌🏻
