Can I retrofit a backbox to heat water? I'm guessing not but worth asking the question

Stunning stove, but for some reason i always have ash and smoke coming into the room when i refuel, i have to do it extremely quickly. Not sure why?

Great video but it doesn't show when to move the leaver from ignite to auto. When would you expect to do this please?

Was hoping to get this but apparently it's to big so will have to have the PVB5, just a question about the baffle, when do i close it ? Or does the automatic do it's thing ?
