Hey dude... Small addin U can use isfiltered function in if clause for city as below If (isfiltered (city), concatenatex (statement), "All")

You can use Filters(not Filter) function to show all the filtered cities.

Great DAX using variables for this! A lot cleaner and simpler doing it this way. BTW, how do you get the the KPI to have the description above instead of below. Are you just using a textbox for those?

You can add a title to your KPI card or a text box yes!

Nice video! I used something similar at work, but I made condition for distinct count of filtered itens before concatenating.
