Need to order new license for the charts via your program, which is provided for you from your chart provider.

Sir I can't install new charts. When I am doing import/update the message pop up retry media can't be detected as it can in your video also in starting. Please advice some steps so i can install

Good day sir!.After installing permits and run base cd...How to ask for update charts ...is there any procedure to ask for charts update ..Do you mean u r talking about weekly update or .... We need to ask specially for installed charts and permits ..could you clarify...Many thanks in advance

Your chart provider have to send you weekly all required updates for your charts.

Procedure was right but u missed an important thing before u apply permits u need to delete all the existing permits from the ecdis then apply the new ones

Never did like that. Why it's necessary? You are installing new permit over the old one, My opinion its not necessary, all is working well and never have been problems. On Furuno, Transas the same, you just installing new over old one. You are also right, but it's not a problem, in any time for any PS you can show in ENC update report that you are using and your route is crossing those charts which is licensed and updated.

It's not necessary to delete, but if you wanna, you can delete the old permit, it's not critical.

This JRC doesn't have function SYNCHRONIZATION ;( Need to install separately.

Вообще не обязательно, у тебя просто останутся старые карты, которые не будут обновляться )

Sir I wanted to know .. if our permits are expired then we also canoot update our charts? (Weekly notice) So we have to renew our permit first and then we can update charts ...can you plz correct me if I am.wrong sir Thank you.

If your permit is expired, you can install updates for charts. But if permit is expired you will not rcvd updates for this charts from your chart provider, you will rcvd updates only for licensed charts.

Как исправить error 23 - non sequential update, также в Status report указано , что карта не up to date и action - to be installed ?

Надо установить последний revision этой карты, у вас старая может стоит, поэтому и не апдейтится. Прогоните свежий base CD.

Yes, when you installed new permit file for new charts, you need to install the charts from base CD. When you received new base CD it's not needed, only during installing the new charts.

@@MARINERS-CLUB last doubt, after installing new permit. Do we get chart update instantly for that chart or it comes as normal under weekly (usually Saturday GMT 0000 -chartco) ?

You will received all last updates for this new chart with permit file.
