this song has such a strange effect in me that i haven’t felt in a really long time. whenever i sleep i usually pick a playlist and put it on shuffle. i’ll fall asleep sometime during the night and yet, i always wake up suddenly when i hear the beginning of this song play. something about the instrumental background just awakens my consciousness. i’ll hear it in my dreams too if i don’t wake up all the way. so weird but cool.
