Is there a way to disable the startup animation? On the app in settings it has an option for startup animation. But when i uncheck it, the startup animation still happens. Is there another step i am suppose to take?

hey i bought one of your older models with a different app i was wondering if i could buy a host module to change to start up features, i have no options to change the start up on my current app just rainbows every time for the first 10 seconds the car is on, i really just want something like the app you are using currently, mine does not look anything like that

For the doors how do i know which one should go with which color wire? You used red and black, yellow black, green black, etc. I have a different car

Dang I got a kit that doesn't separate the modules. They all act as one instead of front, back, right and left doors. I wish I would have known some of these kits sux! So I'm not able to control the lights individually.

So I been trying to find somebody to install these lights where I live in South Jersey and I can’t find anybody to do it affordable it’s insane I have my own lights people want to charge like $700 for labor. So I am watching your videos so I can learn myself. My question is I have separate floor lights that I bought before I bought this kit, so do I have to take the lights already have installed for the floor and use the one that came in the kit or maybe you could do a video explaining the lights and wiring without the floor lights.

Both my front left and right doors won't power up. None of the LEDs. What sort of issues might cause this? I'm thinking it could be the module. But at least for the front left door I don't have a brown wire (?) and I have two black ones. The right door I was actually able to shove the wire into the thick section but the clamp at the end fell off the wire so I spliced it in like the video

How do you feed the wire from the doors across to the main cabin area without the wire showing every time you open the door?

You don't need to. The sub controller boxes in the doors communicate wirelessly to the main one that the center lights are connected to. Him connecting the wires to the window controls is what's powering the little controller box

Awesome video. I bought a set from Amazon but when I installed it and put the car on drive it star to flickering but put on park it lights up normal no flickering at all. What would it be?

@TheComplainingRanter Yes. They came out great and the customer service is phenomenal. Looks great. Just follow his instructions in this vid. All you would have to do is figure out how to pry the doors and fing your ground and your 12v wire on the power window switch. If it's a tuscon, just look for youtube videos on prying the doors.

@TheComplainingRanter I used a multimeter in the dc voltage settings and probed each wire until I found the one that's 12v or more. Black one is always negative. You can by a cheap meter at harbor freight or home depot. You can even use a test light. I just wanted to know which wire was 12v, which is why I used a multimeter

I think im just about ready to install mine lol just needed to be clear on where to connect the sub boxes on the doors, just confusing how one door was connected red to yellow and another was red to green lol shouldnt it be the same for all doors?

You can run the red wire all the way to ACC fuse then.

Those cables should get soldered 😮. The fuse tap needs to go in properly with the fuse tap outer pins with the source power pin inside the fuse box - this wasn't mentioned. Other than that your content is very detailed

At the beginning of the video it looks like there is a remote control in the box. I think you may be able to use that to just turn them off if you like? I'm just making that assumption......

update... contacted redline and I was mistaken on my kit and redline contacted me very fast and explained what I was seeing in my kit was correct .. I installed them and WOW they are amazing and it was very easy to install follow the video took me no time to do..... highly recommend redline mod fast shipping also
